The work of civil society organizations and movements in defending universal access to human rights is carried out through the actions of individuals who increasingly need to enhance and strengthen their professional capacities.
Funding for projects and initiatives by these organizations and movements often fails to allocate resources to bolster the teams responsible for designing, promoting, and executing actions to provide access to these fundamental rights.
Comuá Network has established a support program for its member organizations dedicated to enhancing their professional capabilities. The program aims to bridge part of this gap and strengthen the teams within the funds and foundations that comprise the Network. This support includes participation in events, training, exchanges, and other opportunities that empower the professional staff of member organizations, expanding and deepening their knowledge to fortify their work in community philanthropy and social justice.
