The Casa Socioambiental Fund opens a call with the aim of contributing to promoting actions by indigenous community organizations by supporting projects aimed at increasing the resilience of indigenous peoples, provoking community responses that align the fight against inequality and racism in education.
The challenges in the field of indigenous education are diverse, ranging from the lack of basic infrastructure in schools, the lack of training and recognition of indigenous education professionals, the difficulty in accessing and remaining for students in teaching spaces and the guarantee of fundamental rights recognized in the constitution for differentiated education.
