Welcome to the Comuá Network!

ADVOCACY IN PARTNERSHIP WITH MEMBERS

The Comuá Network strives to work collectively, emphasizing the need to collectively build actions within a networked framework to operationalize strategies. This approach promotes the exchange of experiences and conceptual debates, which is crucial for sustaining the systemic change being pursued.

To achieve this goal, this key strategy involves:

Capacity Building Program: This program aims to build or reinforce relevant capacities within Comuá Network organizations. It targets their teams, groups, collectives, supported leaders, grantee organizations, and partners. By doing so, it contributes to the recognition and significance of the field of community philanthropy and social justice in Brazil.

The program operates through Communities of Practice initiated by the Comuá Network. Within these communities, a collective process unfolds, producing narratives and knowledge about community philanthropy and social justice. The goal is to strengthen these agendas by increasing the visibility of practices, empowering voices and rights, and attracting more resources for these organizations.

Strategic Support Program aims to strengthen Rede Comuá's advocacy agenda by supporting member organizations to develop partnerships and products that impact the philanthropic ecosystem, promoting the agenda of community philanthropy and social justice. Taking into account that Rede Comuá is not an actor that acts directly in supporting civil society organizations with financial resources, but an articulator in the field, strategic support is provided through specific strategic projects.
