During the Month of September, Rede Comuá, together with member organizations and partners, promotes the event Philanthropy that Transforms: month of community philanthropy and socio-environmental justice.
The initiative seeks to continue the debates and reflections that have been held in the field of philanthropy, involving and recognizing a multiplicity of actors, communities and territories in discussions and activities, mainly around themes linked to the transformation of philanthropic practices for the strengthening of society civil society as a key sector for the maintenance and expansion of Brazilian democracy.
Recognizing the power and protagonism of civil society movements, groups and organizations that work to recognize and access rights (citizenship and political minorities) is the fundamental starting point for contributing to transformation processes.
Activities will be carried out throughout the month by members of Rede Comuá and partners in different formats and dynamics.
